Please remember that you MUST allow up to 24 hours for a response. (However, once you have received your password and log-in info. you will then have access to the downloads 24/7.)
  • After your payment has gone through, I will do my best to be in touch within 24 hours with your password and log-in details. If more than 48 hours have gone by without you hearing from me, the most likely thing that's happened is that something's gone wrong with my computer or that there is a family emergency. I understand that I am paying for a fixed-term membership to Graphic Allusions and at the end of that time all of my passwords and log-in information will be deleted from the database and I will no longer have access to the tubes library. I also understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, unless there is a genuine problem with PayPal.
