** What to do if you haven't heard from me within 24 hours: If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, then there is most likely an email snafu or a server glitch. Please give it another 12-24 hours first, but if there is still no word after 48 hours (all in all) check your spam filters just in case my reply hasn't ended up in your spam. Please also check that your own email account is working o.k. If all appears to be fine, then I suggest you try contacting me at my alternate email address at: adadornments@hotmail.com. I also monitor my hotmail account several times a day. Also try contacting me from a different address altogether - just in case the problem lies with your own email account. Also, another thing worth checking is to see if your IP has been blacklisted. This often happens if you are unfortunate enough to share your ISP with a spammer. Note that on the rare offchance PayPal hasn't forwarded your order on to me (that has happened!) I do check my account several times a day, just to make sure all is well.
