** What to do if you haven't heard from me within 24 hours: If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, then there is most likely an email snafu. Please check your spam filters just in case my reply hasn't ended up in there, and check that your own email account is working o.k. If all appears to be fine, then the first thing I suggest you do is try my alternate email address at: adadornments@hotmail.com. Also try sending from a different address altogether.

Note that on the rare offchance PayPal hasn't forwarded your order on to me (that has happened!) I do check my account several times a day, just to make sure all is well.

If the unthinkable happens, and several DAYS have gone by without you hearing from me, then something verrrrry serious has happend to my computer to put it out of commission altogether (and THAT has happened in the past too!).
