Importing Custom Brushes from PSP7 into PSP8 - Page 2

4.  Voila! Our imports now appear on our brushes list (see below). We're not finished yet however....now PSP needs us to tell it exactly just what brush we want. To do this, simply left-click on the one you want and click on the 'Add' button.

5.  It should now appear on the 'Selected for import' list on the right-hand side (see below). If you want to add ALL of the brushes, click on the "Add all" button. For just SOME of them, hold the shift key down as you left-click on the ones you want, and then click "Add".

6.  To check to see if this worked, open a blank image, select the paint brush tool and scroll down through the brushes list (as I've done, below). As you can see, I decided to import all of the brushes from 'JascBrush.jbr' from my V7 brush folder. Jasc will import your brushes into PSP8 in alphabetical order, so don't panic if you don't see your imported brushes at the top of the box. To use a brush, left-click to highlight it and then click on 'OK'. Happy creating!
